The Receptionist enhances the effectiveness of the team by providing administrative support to the office.  The Receptionist is responsible for providing high-level service to our clients, prospects and internal team members, most importantly, striving to live up to Aldridge’s promise of IT Resolution.   • Answer incoming business calls and take appropriate messages
  • Serve as the gatekeeper for incoming calls, allowing all necessary calls through and stopping unwanted solicitations
  • Welcome guests and clients by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, and answering or directing inquiries
  • Order, stock, and maintain office supplies and kitchen amenities
  • Keep office and meeting space clean and neat, including break room
  • Be responsible for non-executive employee business travel arrangements utilizing travel agent
  • Serve as a backup to other Administrative Assistants
  • Assist with processing tickets on the Admin service board
  • Arrange catering for onsite non-executive meetings
  • Set up for onsite catering events
  • Clean up after onsite catering events and/or meetings
  • Coordinate routine upkeep of the Company vehicles
  • Document internal processes and procedures related to duties and responsibilities
  • Enter expense reports for executives
  • Act as point of contact for all non-technical office operations
  • Act as a liaison between building management and Aldridge
  • Assist with shipping room maintenance by breaking down boxes as needed
  • Assist with recycling
  • Maintain client confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential
